BACKGROUND
Reimagining our Workforce is a 12-month pilot program created by Wilkes-Barre Connect - the entrepreneurial and economic development arm of the Greater W-B Chamber, and funded by the Appalachian Regional Commission.
OUR VISION
Our vision for Reimagining our Workforce is straight forward: We want to help people in Northeastern PA get back to work. We will work with our local workforce providers to improve the communication channel between job seekers and employers.
APPROACH
Reimagining our Workforce will assist local workforce providers communication and marketing strategies by integrating new technology and engaging our member network at the Greater Wilkes-Barre Chamber.
